1. Services Offered
Summit Media Group provides media and marketing services across multiple industries. This includes but is not limited to:
Photography & videography
Aerial/drone content
Branding and promotional videos
Short-form social media content
Digital marketing & social media management
Paid ad campaigns
Custom content strategy and consulting
Each project may include a customized scope of work and is subject to a separate service agreement or proposal when applicable.
2. Bookings & Service Requests
Media services must be booked with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Marketing projects begin upon approval of a proposal or signed agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or client-side delays.
3. Payment Terms
Media Clients:
Payment is typically due upon delivery of final media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days.
Marketing & SMMA Clients:
Payment schedules vary based on the scope of work:
Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
Project-based work may follow milestone or split-payment terms.
Payment terms are outlined in your signed agreement or proposal.
Work may pause if payment terms are not met.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Media sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the booked service rate.
Ongoing marketing contracts require 14-day written notice for termination unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
5. Media Ownership & Usage Rights
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered content for business or promotional purposes.
Summit Media Group retains full copyright to all content created.
Content may not be resold, edited, or redistributed without written permission.
We reserve the right to use any content in our portfolio, marketing, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Turnaround Times
Standard media turnaround time is 24–72 hours, depending on project scope.
Marketing deliverables (e.g., social posts, ad copy, funnels) follow timelines outlined in your scope of work.
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee upon request and approval.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring locations, brand assets, and accounts are accessible and ready at the scheduled time
Providing timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
Delivering accurate details and expectations at the time of booking or agreement
8. Revisions
One (1) round of basic revisions is included with most services unless otherwise stated.
Out-of-scope revisions may incur additional fees, which will be quoted and approved prior to work.
9. Limitation of Liability
Summit Media Group is not liable for:
Delays or underperformance due to incomplete client input, market conditions, or third-party platforms
Technical issues with services outside our control (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google, social platforms)
Property damage or injuries unless directly caused by our negligence
